Yesterday on the Country 104 Facebook page, we asked a pretty simple question.
Is there ever a time that wearing your pajama’s in public is okay? I mean, if you’re like me, you get into your comfy clothes the exact second you walk into your home each day. So, if you’re in comfy clothes that often, it would stand to reason that eventually you may leave the house in your pajamas. Personally, I could care less what people think of me and what I’m wearing, but I’ve heard many people take exception to seeing pajamas while they’re out and about.
So, what did our listeners say?
First off, Canadian country star Jojo Mason commented on Instagram: “Yay! Comfies for life.”
However, people like Lynda Starr-Veltkamp wrote: “Never a time for an adult to be in public in pj’s! I work in the public and I just don’t get why women in particular think it is an acceptable way to go out AND some of them look like they haven’t been washed in months. Do they wear them out and to bed day in and day out? Gross.”.
Finally, some people think that it’s ok to wear WHATEVER you want, as long as you’re a good person. Sherilyn Sanderson writes: “As long as the person wearing the pajamas treats others with respect, is kind, caring, thoughtful, considerate and accepts others for how they look, dress, who they love etc. I don’t care what they wear.”.
